Join us for our latest training on Fair Housing
On Tuesday, April 5, 2022, the NH Coalition to End Homelessness will host Fair Housing: Knowing the Law and Best Practices for Implementation. The workshop will provide an in-depth review of various fair housing laws and best practices, including state and local protected categories, reasonable accommodations and modifications, prohibited activities, screening, occupancy policies and more. This training will also focus special attention on housing provided for specialty populations, including seniors, people with disabilities and people experiencing homelessness. A great training for new hires, or for those needing a refresher for landlord-tenant fair housing practices.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Brian Shaughnessy with Kazan, Shaughnessy, Kasten & McDonald, PLLC., is an attorney specializing in legal counsel and expertise related to Housing, Tenant and Landlord Rights, Fair Housing and Discrimination. Brian received his Law Degree with Boston University and has held his practice in Manchester NH providing legal support to landlords, particularly those with federal resources and serving specialty populations. Brian has recently been nominated by the NH Governor as a justice for the NH Circuit Court.
