Friend, I'm proud of the work Catherine and I are doing along with our Democratic colleagues in the Senate – but I'm worried about our ability to continue advocating for our shared values.

To make lasting change in our country and protect the rights we hold dear, from voting rights to reproductive rights, we need to defend our Senate majority.

But right now, experts at CNN and National Journal are saying Catherine and I are two of the most vulnerable senators in the entire country – and the GOP is spending MILLIONS on attack ads to defeat us. Worse still, Donald Trump is personally hosting megadonor fundraisers with each of our potential opponents at Mar-a-Lago.

That's putting Catherine and me in a tough spot, when we're already being outspent by GOP outside groups and behind in the polls. That's why I'm going to ask you to split a donation between our campaigns. Your support is vital to our success.

We're relying on grassroots Democrats like you to win in Nevada and Georgia. So I need to ask: Will you split $5 or more right now – before tonight's critical deadline – between my campaign and Catherine's, so we can defend our Democratic Senate majority?
