We’ve been feeling pretty nervous, John.

Real Justice THREW DOWN for our slate of amazing justice candidates in Texas and we got some big wins.

It doesn’t stop with Texas. We’re planning to endorse over TEN MORE critical DA races across the country in the next few weeks (including some in the next few days!!)

The outcomes of elections like these set the tone for what we can accomplish in months and years to come.

This year, we’ve already had to make some pretty tough decisions about where we can afford to spend our money. Trust us, if we had the money our opponents do, we wouldn’t need to send ANY emails like this one.

But the truth is, we need to SERIOUSLY ramp up our fundraising to make sure we can throw down for these upcoming candidates like we threw down in Texas.

John, we have helped elect incredible DAs who have freed Black men who have been wrongly incarcerated for decades.

We have changed the conversation about what justice can look like in this country by electing decarceral leaders and what’s possible if we invest in our communities.

We have saved so many lives — and we still have more work to do. City by city, county by county, state by state, we are building the bench for transformative justice.

Win or lose — what we raise right now makes the difference between where we can invest or where we’ll need to cut back in the coming weeks and months — and we absolutely CANNOT afford to slow down any of our efforts.
