The events are being organized by Washington Area Bicyclist Association and Greater Greater Washington. The Ward 5 Forum will take place March 22 from 7-9pm and the Mayor/Council Chair Forum will be March 29 from 7-9pm. From Vision Zero to Ticketing to Safe Routes to Schools, this is your chance to get a personal sense of where the candidates stand on some of DC’s pressing transportation issues!
When you RSVP you will have an opportunity to submit an audience question!
The events will be moderated by WAMU reporters Jordan Pascale and Amanda Gomez. On the 29th, the event will be both livestreamed and in person at MetroBar (640 Rhode Island Ave NE). There will be Food Trucks and a Bar available to purchase food and drinks. Doors open up at 6:00 p.m.
