John,
There’s a lot going on right now, so we wanted to make sure you were up to speed on the recent updates on the state of our race:
- With three Trump-appointed justices on the Supreme Court, it’s clear Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan are our last line of defense against GOP voter suppression and attacks on reproductive rights.
- Recent KSTP/SurveyUSA polling shows several of our GOP opponents are already running in a statistical dead heat with Governor Walz and Lt. Governor Flanagan.
- According to Politico, national Democrats are increasingly viewing governor races like ours “as existential for the party’s presidential prospects, if not democratic governance itself.”
John, the pressure is on, and after March 31, our fundraising numbers for this year will be made public for the first time. All eyes will be on us, and we must seize the opportunity to prove we have what it takes to win in November.
But here’s the problem: Almost halfway through the month, we’re still lagging way behind where we need to be to hit our $150,000 public reporting goal.
According to our records, you’ve yet to donate this year. If you were waiting for the right moment to have an impact, now’s the time. Please make a contribution that works for you today to help us pick up the pace.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Thank you,
Team Walz
