We knew in our hearts, and the economy knew and job creators knew, that the COVID crisis was manageable and was about to be over with.
Instead, the president insisted that we pump $1.9 Trillion into a booming economy in March and April of his first year in office.
This was a predictable cause of inflation.
The public is not doing enough to hold him accountable for this terrible mistake. Accountability is how we strengthen the state of this nation. My Republican colleagues and I are poised to demand accountability - we just need your signature of support below.
