Late last month, Senator Rick Scott (R-FL), Chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee announced an 11-point plan of Republican priorities that the GOP will enact should they retake control of the Congress.

The plan included some of the most ideologically radical right-wing ideas ever put to paper, from the wildly offensive to the grossly unrealistic. But one particular piece of this plan caught our eye.
