The Florida Legislature has passed a “Don’t Say Gay” bill to censor discussion of LGBTQ+ issues in schools.

Meanwhile, the Idaho State House has passed a bill to sentence doctors and parents who provide gender-affirming health care to transgender youth to life in prison.

We’re fighting back by supporting openly gay progressives for the House like Derek Marshall. He’ll vote for the Equality Act, which will protect LGBTQ+ Americans from right-wing state legislatures.

The Six PAC is matching the first $5,000 we raise online for Derek’s campaign to flip CA-23 – and we’ve raised $3,579 so far. Donate to his campaign and our work defending LGBTQ+ rights today.

Derek Marshall is running against Rep. Jay Obernolte – a Trump Republican that voted NO on the Equality Act.

Raised in a small town, he didn’t fully and publicly come out until his late twenties. His experience as a queer man in an often homophobic society motivates him to fight for an equal and free life for all.

We don’t just despair when Republican lawmakers attack LGBTQ+ Americans. We’re joining together to elect more LGBTQ+ progressives.

The Six PAC is matching the next $1,421 we raise online for Derek’s historic campaign to flip CA-23. Donate to his campaign and our work electing him today.

Thanks for standing up.
