Team, even after two years of a global pandemic, Republicans are still dead-set on attacking the Affordable Care Act and making it harder for people to get good health care. Just last week, a Republican Senator said the GOP should repeal the Affordable Care Act if they take back power in November. Let’s be clear: no matter what happens in DC, I will never stop fighting to protect access to health care and protections for people with pre-existing conditions.
I’m proud of the work we’ve done in Nevada to fight back. When Republicans were attacking the Affordable Care Act, I increased access to affordable health care by making protections for pre-existing conditions permanent. We ended surprise billing, improved transparency around drug pricing, and established a patient protection commission. Republican attacks on affordable health care are nothing new, team. And sadly, they’re not going to stop. But time and time again, we’ve fought back. And we’ll continue fighting back for as long as it takes. Sign on right now if you agree we must protect health care for people with pre-existing conditions.
Thanks for stepping up, Steve
