Everyone knows there is a horrible situation in Ukraine. Moreover, this war is hitting each of us personally with inflation, gas prices surging and an incredible amount of stress as we wonder and worry about what will happen next.
All of this stress is really hurting us in our body, brain, and spirit.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could do something to ease our burden and at the same time perhaps send healing energy, thoughts, and prayers to everyone who needs it?
Well, there is - and that’s one of the main reason we’re having our meditation challenge starting tomorrow, March 14th.
As I’m sure you recall, stress is horrible for your mental health and memory, not to mention all the other systems in your body, from your heart to immunity to gastrointestinal function.
Stress leads to inflammation throughout your being, and inflammation is the forerunner of all disease.
As I hope you’re aware, here at your ARPF we’ve been studying, researching, investigating and teaching a safe, easy, fast and effective memory meditation technique called Kirtan Kriya or KK for over two decades. Our work is carried out leading medical schools such as UCLA, Penn, and West Virginia University and published in many high impact medical journals, including The Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease.
When we started our research, we didn’t know what to expect because it had never been done before. Now we know how remarkable KK is. Not only does KK impact your memory but it also affects positively your immune response, decreases inflammation, makes your genes younger, helps boost your mood, relieve anxiety and embolden your spirit.
All in only one 12-minute session.
