I’m writing to you this afternoon because I need to discuss a very important matter with you concerning FPC Law and our plans for the next quarter. 



As you know, our rights have already come under assault this year from power-loving statists like Pres. Biden and others who want to see you disarmed and pacified. 



Indeed, as we saw with the recent State of the Union address that - despite believing wholeheartedly that Ukrainian civilians can be trusted with the best select-fire rifles known to man - the powers that be here can see no legitimate use for even semi-automatic rifles and the magazines that shipped with them.



That’s why the President, and his ATF also called for a searchable gun registry, so that this runaway bureau can prepare for the outright confiscations we all know they so desperately want.

And should the Congress serve up this vile agenda on a silver platter, aggressive action from FPC Law could become necessary to protect the People’s rights and property. 



After FPC’s defeat of David Chipman and other key elements of the Biden gun control plan, we know more is coming. The tyrants can’t and won’t give up on this issue. 











That’s why we’re taking steps right now to make sure that we’re ready to go at a moment’s notice. But achieving that state of readiness means being 100% funded by Q2.



I’ve spoken with our leadership on this issue, and they’ve set a funding target of April 1, 2022 for FPC Law. And that’s why we need to re-ink the FPC Lawsuit Printer now.

Don’t forget that a ruling in the pivotal case NYSRPA v. Bruen - a MAJOR gun rights lawsuit at the U.S. Supreme Court - could be handed down this year.



FPC Law did significant work in that case, going so far as to file an amicus brief telling the court exactly why they need to rule in favor of a fundamental right to carry.
