As Gov. Evers said, "Hell. Yes."
Amazing news, John!
🆕 BREAKING 🆕
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has adopted the congressional and legislative maps proposed by Governor Evers. These maps represent forward progress from the extremely gerrymandered maps Wisconsin has had for the last decade.
As Gov. Evers said, “Hell. Yes.”
But progress in one state does NOT mean our work is done. Even in Wisconsin, we’re already facing appeals from Republicans. Pitch in to help us protect the redistricting wins we’ve achieved across the country and keep them coming!
While our movement has had several wins in court recently, don’t forget that the GOP gerrymandered in states (like Texas and Georgia) across the country in 2021 and could still do so in more (like Florida and Missouri) in 2022. At the same time, we’re waiting on the results of voter-filed lawsuits in places like Kansas and Ohio.
The bottom line? We have a lot of work left to ensure fair maps for ALL – so we’re going to need your help!
Will you celebrate the fair-map victories in Wisconsin and other states by rushing a donation to the NDRC today?
