Ben Therriault grew up on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Western Montana where he saw firsthand the value of leadership from his father who was the Tribal Chairman. Like his father, Ben knows the importance of community engagement and transparency as a means to bringing positive change.

After serving honorably in the Iraq War, where he was awarded several medals and awards, Ben went on to become a Richmond Police Officer, where for the past 14 years, he has committed himself to building relationships with all walks of life.
