Here’s what it all boils down to:

At the end of the month, we have to report our fundraising numbers to the Federal Election Commission where they’ll be made PUBLIC—we need a strong showing to fend off national Republicans and pull off a win.

What’s got me panicked is that our fundraising has been lagging behind all month, and if we don’t raise $45,000 by the 15th, the deficit might be too big to overcome.

Will you donate toward our mid-month goal to help us close the gap and make March our biggest fundraising month yet?

I wish this was an exaggeration—but we’re in real danger of losing our momentum if we don’t turn things around ASAP.

We need to bust our butts to get back on track, and that starts with meeting our mid-month goal—that’s our priority right now, everything else comes after.
