Our reproductive rights are under attack, friend. 

Last year alone, GOP lawmakers enacted more than 100 abortion restrictions in at least 19 states across the country – including the extreme law in Texas, which bans abortion after just six weeks of pregnancy.

This right-wing assault on reproductive freedom puts women's health care and very lives in jeopardy. And with a conservative majority on our Supreme Court poised to overturn Roe v. Wade at any moment, we must do everything in our power to fight back immediately.

That’s why I just voted in the Senate to advance legislation that would codify the right to abortion under federal law – and neutralize any state laws banning or restricting access to reproductive health. But friend, Mitch McConnell and the GOP blocked this critical bill from passing.

I'll never stop fighting to protect a woman's right to choose what's best for her own body – but I can't do it alone. I'm looking for 10,000 folks to speak out NOW and sign my new petition to defend reproductive rights, and I'm counting on you to be one of them.
