In Ro’s first term, he co-sponsored Bernie Sanders’ bill to make public four-year colleges and universities affordable for all, calling on his colleagues on the Hill to support landmark legislation which would only benefit the American people.

This is personal. Ro, like so many other young Americans, had to take out over $100,000 in loans to finish his education. He understands that such opportunities aren’t available to all.

College should be an available opportunity for anyone, regardless of income — and together we can make that a reality. But, it’s going to require a wave of support for our movement.
