February was certainly a hectic month, and the first half of March has gotten
off to a busy start as well, but I had a minute to sit down and reflect

Folks,

I am so proud of this movement we’re building, and it gives me hope for what
is possible for the next generation in this country. If we can elect an adopted
Native/Latino/German-American union man, we can elect anyone. Let’s make sure
we show this country what folks like us can do in Congress. Can you please chip

I could only have ever dreamed about what a movement we have created here.
Growing up, I could have never imagined the amount of support I have received
and I definitely never would have thought about the impact I would be making.
The little boy who started out in foster care here in Colorado would simply be
amazed by the strides this team has made. None of it would have been possible
without your support.

I am running for people in my beloved community, for real, working-class
families, and for laborers who deserve a voice in the policies being made. I am
running for people like you and me who desire, and deserve, real change for our
community.

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I am beyond proud of the
movement we have built, and I hope I can make you all proud when I am able to
get to Washington on the wave of grassroots momentum.
