Governor Holcomb’s Next Level Agenda is full-steam ahead in 2022, and today, we’re excited to let you know that Eric recently signed one of his top agenda items into law.

 

Governor Holcomb signed SEA 1, or the Automatic Taxpayer Refund, into law for ALL in Indiana.

 

Thanks to hardworking Hoosiers and conservative fiscal management, our state reserves have reached unprecedented levels, and Governor Holcomb is putting more money back into your hands.

 

Here is a breakdown of the refund:

• $545M will be returned to roughly 4.3M Hoosiers after filing 2021 taxes
• Each eligible citizen will receive $125 automatic taxpayer refund
• This represents a one-time 12-13% tax cut for ALL in Indiana
