Friend,

This week, the Democrats running Beacon Hill killed a Republican-sponsored proposal that would have given Massachusetts commuters some temporary relief at the gas pump by waiving the state gas tax until the price per-gallon drops below $3.70 again.

You may have missed it, and the Democrats sure hope you did.

One of their members (Mark Cusick, D-Braintree Brewhouse) even had the gall to dismiss this commonsense proposal as "a gimmick."

This is the same crowd that pays themselves stipends with your money to commute to work. This is the same crowd that kept those absurd stipends going for the last two years, even as they worked remotely. This is the same crowd that tied their own pay raises to rates of inflation -- see, they can't get harmed in the wallet by their own party's failed policies, but you sure can.
The Democratic majority on Beacon Hill is operating in an entirely different world from Massachusetts citizens.

The only way this nonsense ends is by electing Republicans in 2022. We stand committed to doing just that, but these candidates need your help.

I'm hoping you'll chip in with any amount you can.
