Both the House & the Senate just approved over $23 billion in funding for ICE & CBP in this year's budget.
🚨 This will look like:
⬆️ a 70% increase in detention bed capacity,
💰 $8.3B to ICE for enforcement,
⛔ over $250M to border surveillance & militarization,
🚧 Continued funding & construction of Trump’s border wall,
📈 and over $400M for harmful “alternatives to detention” programs
