I often talk to you about the importance of your contributions. They really are essential to building a campaign that can reach voters and tell them about the work I’m doing in Congress to enact climate action and make housing, education, and health care more affordable.
Those of you who have been involved in campaigns before know that it can be difficult to make strategic decisions when you aren’t sure of your budget. So today, I am asking you to consider something a little different -- making a recurring contribution to our campaign.
By making a recurring contribution, you pledge to contribute a set amount every month that helps us budget and plan for the future. Recurring contributions are really helpful for funding our campaign operations and organizing for the long term.
And that’s essential because what we’re doing together isn’t just about what happens on Primary Day or Election Day. It’s about what we do in the days, weeks, and months leading up to them that affects the ultimate outcome.
So if you are able, please consider becoming a recurring donor today -- even a monthly contribution of $5 or $10 a month makes a big impact.
And if you can’t pledge a recurring contribution today, that’s OK. One-time contributions are powerful and essential to our campaign’s success, too.
Mahalo,
Brian
