This weekend, I'm honored to join Oklahoma native and US astronaut Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford in his hometown of Weatherford. Lt. General Stafford is a pioneer in the skies, piloting to the moon as commander of Apollo 10, orbiting around the moon, and spending countless hours in space overlooking our beautiful Earth.
I invite you and your kids (yes! the kids) for an incredible opportunity to meet a real astronaut and experience the Stafford Air & Space Museum in Weatherford, OK. Join us on Saturday, March 12, 2022, for a self-guided tour and a chat with me and Lt. General Stafford about his career as a decorated pilot for the US Air Force and NASA.
Not only are we excited to welcome Lt. General Stafford back to his home state, but I am also honored to have his support for my campaign.
