Are you ready for the next event with Busboys & Poets and Citizens' Climate Lobby – DC? This will focus on climate change and immigration at the Busboys near Chinatown DC.

Join us Wednesday, November 20 for the event "Crossing Borders: Climate Disruption and Immigration".

From detention camps, ICE raids, and shocking federal practices, US immigration policy has become explosively problematic. But what is the connection to climate change? Join climate and immigration experts for a talk about how the two topics are interrelated. We will explore how climate disruption impacts developing countries, the role of climate advocacy to alleviate the immigration crisis, and how climate activists can stand with the immigration movement.
