Last week, the Chairwoman of the Republican National Committee was in Connecticut to open up a new “outreach center” in New Britain. That office was created with one goal in mind - taking back blue seats in Connecticut.

It’s clear that Republicans in Washington have their sights set squarely on our state. They are raising massive amounts of money to pour into winning back seats like this one and taking over the House. And they are already sending those resources into Connecticut.

Two of these events feature a sitting Republican member of Congress who voted on January 6,2021 to overturn the 2020 Presidential election results. That kind of politics is wrong for Connecticut and wrong for our country.
