NATS KILL DAIRY RESCUE BILL
One Nation continued its fight to defend the dairy industry this week with One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson forcing the Senate to debate and vote on her Dairy Rescue Bill.
Senator Hanson personally wrote to every federal Nationals MP and Senator, explaining why this was so important and asking them to cross the floor in support of her bill. Despite this, the Nationals refused to support Senator Pauline Hanson’s Dairy Rescue Bill. This meant that when it went to the vote last Monday, it was defeated 31-30.
It was a tough outcome, but the battle is far from over, and we will continue to pursue every avenue we can to make sure all Australian farmers are given a fair go.

Senator Hanson continued to challenge the government over their miss handling of the problems facing the dairy industry.
Following an extremely evasive response to Senator Hanson during question time over the drawing of the poorly received Dairy Code of Conduct, Senator Hanson went so far as to call for Ag Minister Bridget McKenzie’s resignation.

One Nation was also able to win a vote in the Senate that should force the Government to make the discussion between Minster McKenzie, her department and groups that may have influenced the direction of the Code of Conduct public.
We won't give up on this, and we will continue to hold the Government to account over its failures.
MURRAY DARLING BASIN PLAN
This week One Nation’s leader in NSW, Mark Latham, called for NSW to withdrawal from the Murray Darling Basin plan.
Latham declared it was time for the politicians of NSW to stand up for New South Wales, first and foremost!
He outlined three steps that could be taken to achieve this:
1) Announce their withdrawal from the basin plan
2) Withdraw from the intergovernmental agreements governing the basin management—that is a straightforward process.
3) Repeal through legislation the legislation that refers to State powers to the Commonwealth.
Now the road map has been identified it is up to the politicians to follow Mark Latham’s lead so New South Wales can be free of this terrible plan.
Once again, One Nation is leading the way.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA WATER SECURITY
One Nation, more than any other party, has a grand vision for the future of Australia’s water security.
That is why across every state, One Nation politicians will advocate for nation-building projects that will deliver long term water security and prosperity to the people of Australia.
Many are familiar with Queensland Bradfield scheme. However, there are other plans across the country could vitalise their states to a similar degree.
Western Australian One Nation MP Robin Scott outlined his vision to begin the drought-proofing of his state in a speech to Parliament.
While other parties fight over issues of minor significance and mouth false platitudes, One Nation will always be pushing for real projects, of real significance, that will deliver tangible benefits to the people.
While the other parties fear decision, One Nation dreams big and delivers.

That's last weeks recap from One Nation.
While you're here, we'd love to ask a favour. We are a party with fewer resources than Labor with their union donations and the Liberals with their big corporates, but with your help and by listening to the people, we can achieve real change in parliament for the betterment of the country.
One Nation is run on purely grassroots support. We rely on the contributions of mums, dads, daughters and sons from the top to bottom of Australia to stay running as a party and every dollar counts.
We appreciate times are tough but even a small amount of support makes a difference. Your help enables us to keep up the fight in politics and get Australia back on track.
