"Please Explain"

The Swamp

Episode 18

<[link removed]>

Today we venture into the murky world of red tape and bureaucrats, a place known as the Canberra swamp.

Politicians fear the swamp but they also love to play in the swamp and they rely on voters not understanding how it works so they can get away with their dirty business.

So pay attention and learn what you can because this will be one field trip you might never forget.

You can catch up on episodes you missed or re-watch your favourites at One Nation's new website.

Here are a few comments inspired by this episode from our YouTube channel today:

"I can’t wait. My 11 year old son understands the swamp of politics thanks to One Nation. Pauline has more guts than all the other politicians put together." (Nik Farrugia)

"Absolute truth this where billions of taxpayers money is wasted just like councils, never ending money pits for bureaucrats to create more wealth for themselves. Great video Pauline and One Nation."(les gaal)

"I like that at 11:01pm Thursday there are 30 likes before it’s even been premiered. We all know it’s going to be good. Every single episode has been spot on and funny as hell. 😆 You know YouTube algorithm is crap, because this show should be watched by many more Aussies. 👍" (Koala24)

"Really good lesson here. Curing the side effects does nothing more than create job security for politicians and their lackeys. We need to cure the cancer ! The cancer government created in the first place" (A.H. Octavius)

Open Letter To Our Leaders: Cut Fuel Excise Tax

From Senator Pauline Hanson

Add your voice to mine and co-sign my letter to our leaders today:

<[link removed]>Open Letter <[link removed]>

Yesterday I wrote a letter to Prime Minister Scott Morrison, Deputy PM Barnaby Joyce and Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese asking them to join with One Nation in supporting a 50% reduction in excise tax on petrol and diesel in Australia for the next twelve months.

You can help our nation's leaders see how much support there is for this simple but effective tax relief measure by adding your name as a co-signature to my letter by clicking the link above.

The letter reads as follows:

***

Dear Prime Minister,

One Nation has committed to supporting a 50% reduction in excise tax on petrol and diesel in Australia for the next twelve months, today I am asking for you to do the same.

The household budgets of everyday Australians cannot support petrol prices as they burst through the $2.00 a litre mark. These prices will hurt families, lift the price on farming and freight - which will increase the weekly grocery bill.

Australians are being ruthlessly gouged by global oil prices and Federal Government imposed Excise Tax which is currently set at $0.442 cents for every litre of fuel purchased.

Budget papers show Australian motorists will pay $49.3 billion in net fuel excise over the next four years.

For the average Australian household, this year’s fuel excise bill will cost over $1000.

With one simple move, your government can pass on roughly $6 billion in targeted tax relief over the next year.

Australians have been hit by COVID-19 lockdowns and mandates, fire and flood, and now surging cost of living prices driven by global conflicts outside of their control.

I, along with many thousands of Australians, implore you to consider this suggestion and help ease the financial burden on the millions of Australians struggling to make ends meet in these difficult times.

We look forward to hearing your reply.

Yours faithfully,

Senator Pauline Hanson

One Nation Leader

Senator For Queensland

***

We will send the letter the week before federal parliament resumes for the budget sitting, along with a tally of the number of Aussies who have co-signed to show their support.

The more support we can show them we have, the more they are forced to pay attention and take action.

Election Audits

From Senator Malcolm Roberts, Queensland

One Nation inspired Election Audits could make the next vote the safest in history.

There has been a lot of concern that our upcoming election could be stolen. One Nation and I were also worried about this. Last year One Nation introduced an electoral reform bill which introduced audits of our elections and generally changed our electoral laws to prevent elections being stolen.

The Morrison Government under Minister Morton eventually agreed on the need for our bill and introduced a series of electoral reforms that implemented everything we asked for, except voter ID which remains before the Parliament.

Australia’s elections will now be audited before the election, and again after the election. With the other checks and balances introduced in this round of reform it is simply impossible for a federal election to be stolen.

One Nation is proud of the work we did to ensure Australian federal election integrity.

Every registered Australian voter is now free to participate in the electoral process, as a candidate, poll worker, supporter or donor confident in the knowledge that your efforts will not be wasted.

The result of the next Federal election will be the will of the people.

You can see the history of hard work and questioning that's been put into achieving this here:

End Vaccination Mandates

From The Hon. Mark Latham MLC, New South Wales

At a time when there is a critical shortage of teachers in NSW there are 7000 teachers that have been stood down or sacked because of their vaccination status.

It is time to end the mandates and get these 7000 teachers back in the classroom.

Click the button below to listen as Mark Latham is interviewed and questions if federal Labor leader Anthony Albanese is 'fair dinkum' given his past opposition to Hawke and Howard era policies. The opposition leader pitches to the political centre, whilst also implying unions aren't representing workers in supporting their right to their own individual health choices.

State News

From Jennifer Game, State Leader &

Candidate for Mawson in South Australia

One Nation will fight to ban foreign ownership of residential property as part of a suite of measures to improve home affordability in South Australia.

This is a state government issue that needs addressing and here in South Australia home ownership is falling further out of reach for everyday Australians.

Property prices have been rising at a faster rate than incomes, leaving home ownership beyond the reach of first home buyers and single people, particularly older women. These high prices are placing pressure on people to borrow more, which leaves them highly indebted to lenders and exposed to global downturns.

One Nation wants everyone who wants to own their own home to be able to do so. Home ownership increases personal freedom, creates communities and neighbourhoods, and provides stability for children and families.

We will pursue a ban on foreign property ownership to increase the supply of homes for Australians. We'll also be seeking to reduce overseas migration into South Australia from the current average of about 12,000 per year to a few hundred. These measures will reduce housing demand and give Australians more opportunities to buy or rent property.

One Nation will also work to reduce government costs which drive high house prices.

We will fight to remove stamp duty for first home buyers up to a value of $600,000 on both established and new homes. The current system only provides a $15,000 grant for new homes.

We'll also work to remove stamp duty for people seeking to downsize, up to a value of $400,000. We aim to remove a significant barrier to people selling larger family homes which no longer suit them.

With the big day just over a week away, you can see One Nation's candidates who are running in the current South Australian State election here:
