Hey folks,

After a long day, I’m finally sitting down with an ice cold beer (Miller Lite, of course) and looking over some numbers. Before we draw up plans and figure out our campaign strategy for the next phase of this race, I wanted to get your take on things.

My Republican opponents are too busy making backroom deals with special interest groups to care about Ohio’s working families. But when I get to the Senate, I’ll be answering to you, folks.

I’d love to sit down over a beer and talk about the issues that matter most to you and your family, but unfortunately there isn’t enough time for me to hear directly from everyone.

The road to defending and expanding our Democratic Senate majority runs right through Ohio, and the odds are stacked against us—we need to build a strong grassroots coalition to stand a chance of flipping this seat blue.
