The next Supreme Court justice will make critical decisions about gun violence prevention, and President Biden has chosen the perfect person for the job. Now, we need to hear from you:

Should the Senate confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court?

John: Right now, the majority on the Supreme Court would rather protect the NRA than the American people.

The Court is currently deciding a case that experts say could "make the NRA's dreams come true" — and it's expected to hear more gun safety cases this year that could strike down life-saving gun safety laws.

The truth is, Mitch McConnell and the NRA have used dirty tricks to stack the  Supreme Court in their favor and stop us from passing reforms the majority of Americans support — from an assault weapons ban to expanded background checks. Now, we have a chance to confirm an extremely qualified justice who isn't a puppet of the gun industry — but Mitch McConnell will likely try to BLOCK her confirmation to advance the NRA's agenda.

That's why we're asking 5,000 gun safety advocates like you to join Brady in calling for Judge Jackson's confirmation by responding to our LIVE poll. But we're still missing your response, John, and we need it by midnight tonight. Let us know right now:

Should the Senate confirm Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court?
