What this means is that I am in charge of helping unleash America’s talent and coordinating our ground game. I am writing to you today to tell you we need you! We are looking for volunteers.
Why Dave Harden you ask? When Dave was seeking my support as a leader on the Eastern Shore almost a year ago now, I was done with politics. I had given up on our ineffective leadership who constantly ignored my community. After two phone calls lasting over three hours, Dave hadn’t yet mentioned the race or the politics of the First District. Dave showed me that he was genuinely interested in me. So, when he came to my office, armed with the pitch I had been waiting for, I was sold.
Now, here’s where you come in. Dave is running a consequential campaign for the future of democracy. We need the friends of Dave Harden to spread the message. This includes learning the community by meeting community leaders, knocking on doors, making phone calls, and putting up yard signs. Dave is running for Maryland’s first district and the people of the district. We have received an outpouring of support; but, we need to build our team. We are running against the extremes from the left and the right and we need to build a substantial team of committed volunteers to fight back against the career politicians who want to gain power and ignore your voices.
