Newsletter of the Goethe-Institut Washington

Dear Friends,

It has been two years since we closed our doors to the public, with some in-person events throughout the fall of 2021. We are delighted to take the next step in reopening: we are now open to visitors Monday through Friday. In this newsletter, you can find more information about our hours of operation, as well as upcoming language courses and events. You can register for in-person language courses beginning as soon as April, with continued online options available as well.

Throughout the spring, we will screen a series of films centered around German-Jewish philosopher Hannah Arendt and the famous banality of evil discourse she set in motion while covering the trial of Adolf Eichmann. The first two films in the series will screen in our space at 14th & R St. NW on March 22 and March 29.
