John,
As your governor, I made an important promise to the people of this state: that I would put the fight for education, equality, and opportunity for all at the front of my administration. Since then, my administration has been focused on how we can improve the lives of everyday Kansans.
Together, we've already taken steps to improve our schools, our economy, and opportunities for all Kansans by:
* Increasing funding for our schools;
* Expanding protections for LGBTQ+ workers to ensure that no one is discriminated against based on who they love or how they identify; and
* Balancing our state's budget.
But even with all these accomplishments, we still have work to do if we want to build a better Kansas for all. Together, we're going to keep fighting to invest in our infrastructure, expand Medicaid, and ensure everyone who calls Kansas home feels safe and accepted. But I can't do it alone.
Will you join me in the fight today? Chip in $5 or more to help raise $2,167 before midnight tonight.
