John,
Yesterday, the Florida legislature passed a bill banning Ranked Choice Voting, and Gov. Ron DeSantis has said he will sign it. As you know, the Minnesota Senate passed a bill banning RCV last session.
We cannot allow what is happening in Florida to happen here. Help us push back on efforts to ban RCV in Minnesota.

While the Minnesota Senate ban did not move forward with the final omnibus bill last session, the forces intent on banning RCV and quashing local control still remain a threat. And at a time of deep polarization and attacks on our elections we shouldn’t be prohibiting the best reform to address these problems. We should be advancing RCV, not banning it.
Will you chip in whatever you can right now so we can stop these anti-democratic measures and pass RCV statewide? Our generous supporters are matching every donation in March - dollar for dollar - up to $100,000 and we urgently need your support.
We must continue to push strongly against efforts to ban RCV and instead advance this promising democracy reform.
Thanks to donors like you, our organizing for democracy reform has not slowed, and your continued support will help us beat back efforts to reverse our incredible wins.

We expect resistance on the road to progress, and with your support we will overcome it.
