I want to share a story from my first few weeks in the Senate. It's about my conversation with Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JPMorgan.
So, I'm new, and Jamie Dimon comes to my office to talk about financial regulation. He thinks there's too much of it. I think there's too little.
After a long back-and-forth, I finally said to him,"I think you guys are breaking the law."
He relaxed, smiled, and sat back. "So hit me with a fine," he said. "We can afford it."
Our government isn't holding the rich and powerful to account. They know it, and we know it.
But this campaign is our chance to change that -- to dream bigger, to rein in Wall Street, and to root out corruption.
Will you chip in today to help power this campaign? If we build a grassroots movement now, we'll be able to create real accountability in Washington -- and on Wall Street -- come 2021.

A lot of billionaires like Dimon have shared their thoughts lately about my Ultra-Millionaire Tax.
It's been a long time since anyone has stood up to them, so they don't believe that change is coming. They think they can stop it by buying TV ads, and buying this election.
But we know that this election will be won by a grassroots movement -- by people phone banking, knocking on doors, and talking to their neighbors.
Here are two things that this grassroots movement knows to be true:
1. No billionaire is above paying their fair share of taxes.
2. And no one -- bank CEO or not -- is above the law.
Chip in today if you agree, and let's build a winning movement.
