John, this news out of Tennessee is exactly WHY we do the work we do – to defeat corrupt DAs like Amy Weirich.

DA Weirich oversaw both of these cases.

In one, a white ex-deputy cop was accused of raping a 14 year old girl.

In another, Pamela Moses, a Black woman who is a former Memphis mayoral candidate, was accused of illegally registering to vote.

The ex-deputy was allowed to AVOID prison and his sex offender status. But Pamela was sentenced to SIX YEARS IN PRISON for trying to register to vote.

It’s disgusting. It’s racist. It’s why we need to elect more DAs who will actually hold the cops accountable and stop locking up Black and brown people.
