The Senate could soon vote on this life-saving gun safety bill.

The U.S. Senate could vote to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act very soon. Send your message: Tell your U.S. senators to vote for this life-saving legislation.

SEND MY MESSAGE

Right now, our U.S. senators have the chance to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act for the first time since 2013. It includes a life-saving gun safety provision known as NICS Denial Notification, which requires the federal government to notify relevant state, local, or tribal law enforcement when a domestic abuser lies on a background check when trying to illegally buy a gun.

It would be a huge win for gun safety—and the House has already passed it with bipartisan support.

Now it's up to the Senate to pass this important bill as soon as possible. Tell your U.S. senators to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act.

Thank you for taking action.
