Friend,

The January 6th Insurrection convictions are racking up. Over 750 insurrectionists have been charged, and 200 have plead guilty. The mountain of eyewitness testimony that the courts have put together to prosecute the remaining 550 is staggering… and it’s finally starting to pay off.

Today, the courts focused on two high-profile militia members who have refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

First, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio was arrested and charged with conspiracy for organizing the insurrection. Notably, Tarrio did not attend on January 6th as he had already been arrested for vandalism at another event in DC two days prior. But his unsealed indictment indicates that he met with those that did storm the Capitol on January 5th, and took credit for the attack in an encrypted chat room afterwards.

Then, Guy Reffitt, the first January 6th defendant to stand trial and a member of the Texas Three Percenters, was found guilty today on five counts largely based on the testimony provided by his son.

But we’re running out of time. If the courts aren’t able to prosecute the remaining 550 before the November midterms and Republicans regain the House and Senate, they will use every tool available to them to obstruct the DoJ and get their mob off scott free.

Donate to our Congressional Victory Fund now, and let’s make sure every insurrectionist is held accountable, in court and in Congress.
