We’ve sent a letter to SCOTUS calling on Justice Thomas to recuse himself from any future cases in which he might have conflicts of interest.

Have you seen the latest on Clarence Thomas?
He is reportedly refusing to recuse himself from some of the most controversial matters to come before the Court involving the right-wing political activism of his wife Virginia "Ginni" Thomas.¹
That’s why we just sent a letter to the Supreme Court calling on Justice Thomas to recuse himself from any future cases relating to Ginni Thomas’ work.
Ginni Thomas has been a prominent right-wing political operative for decades and has directly lobbied on a number of extreme conservative advocacy issues that have made their way to the Supreme Court.
Thomas has previously recused himself from cases due to potential conflicts of interest² — but he has always refused to do so when it has related to Ginni Thomas’ far-right advocacy which includes landmark cases on the 2000 presidential election, Trump’s Muslim ban, the Jan. 6 insurrection, and a case next term that could end affirmative action policies nationwide.
This is unacceptable. We deserve a Supreme Court above partisan politics. We must have confidence that our highest court and ultimate arbiter of justice is not swayed by political ideology or undue influence. There's far too much at stake.
Can you help us turn up the pressure by signing our letter to Clarence Thomas demanding him to recuse himself from any future Supreme Court cases relating to Ginni Thomas’ right-wing work?
It’s no surprise that appalling unethical conduct like this from Justice Thomas has contributed to diminishing trust in the integrity and legitimacy of a stolen Court. And as Thomas and the rest of his right-wing colleagues act as willing accomplices to the Republican assault on our rights and democracy, it’s more clear than ever that we need to rebalance this illegitimate Court.
Sign the letter to Clarence Thomas – he and his colleagues should not forget their responsibility to the American people.
Thank you for joining us in this fight,
