John,

Anna Valencia is running to be the first Latina and first woman Secretary of State in Illinois history. And this is a race Democrats must win.

The Secretary of State plays a major role in protecting voting rights, promoting government transparency, and providing essential government services. We cannot let the Republicans control this important office.

Chip in $5, $10, $25, or whatever you can to support Anna Valencia’s campaign for Secretary of State in Illinois. [link removed]

Anna grew up in Granite City, Illinois. She’s a proud University of Illinois alum, and the first person in her family to graduate college.

She’s dedicated her professional life to having a positive impact on the world around her. As City Clerk of Chicago, she has helped improve access to city benefits, enact historic fines and fees reforms that helped pull Chicagoans out of debt, and make city services more accessible across Chicago.

Improving the lives of families is Anna’s passion — and it’s what she wants to do as Illinois Secretary of State. Senator Dick Durbin and Senator Tammy Duckworth believe in her. Governor JB Prtizker believes in her. Outgoing Secretary of State Jesse White believes in her.

All she needs to make her campaign successful is people like you keeping it going. Chip in $5, $10, $25 or more to support Anna Valencia’s campaign. [link removed]

Thank you,

Team Durbin
