CAGOP ENDORSES MARYOTT FOR CONGRESS

On Wednesday night, the California Republican Party endorsed Brian Maryott for Congress in California’s 49th District. Maryott, a Certified Financial Planner, former Investments Industry Executive, and former Mayor, is running to serve the communities along the coast from Del Mar to Laguna Niguel.

“I am honored that the California Republican Party endorsed our congressional campaign. My team and I are proud that the members of the state party have clearly recognized the breadth and depth of our support, and that we are the best campaign to defeat incumbent Mike Levin in November."

Last month, Maryott was endorsed by both the Republican Party of Orange County, and the Republican Party of San Diego County. He is also endorsed by a long list of current elected officials in the district, including Congressman Darrell Issa, Orange County Supervisors Andrew Do and Don Wagner, San Diego Supervisors Jim Desmond and Joel Anderson, Republican Leader in the Assembly Marie Waldron, Assemblywoman Laurie Davies, Assemblyman Randy Voepel, Senator Pat Bates, Senator Brian Jones, and ten Mayors.
