We don’t have a lot of time to help get Sheriff candidate Ben Therriault across the finish line in first place. And trust me when I tell you, the residents of Contra Costa County need him to win. 

The election will be final on June 7th. This won’t go to November! It’s Ben against an entrenched incumbent sheriff who opened the doors of his county to Trump apologists and ICE — against the will of the constituency.

As you know, it’s imperative that we have hard conversations around policing and law enforcement in this country. We believe that California police forces can lead the way to a future that delivers safety and equal justice for every community.

Ben Therriault for Contra Costa County Sheriff.

Ben is a decorated combat veteran who has spent the last 14 years as a police officer in Richmond, CA. He has spent hundreds of hours working with community leaders and activists to sow the seeds of common ground. We need to make sure he has the platform to put solutions into practice. 

Ben Therriault will be the first Native American County Sheriff in California history. Help get him to this enormous and long overdue milestone.
