Prayers for Peoria Teen's Family

I am praying for the family and loved ones of the Peoria freshman who tragically passed away on Friday. My heart goes out to the teen's family, friends, and all the students at Peoria High.

Public Impeachment Hearings Begin

After weeks of demanding transparency for the American people, Democrats finally began some public hearings while continuing more closed-door hearings. But by focusing solely on impeachment, Democrats are ignoring the big issues facing the American people. We should be passing the bipartisan United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, securing our southern border, and working to lower health care and prescription drug costs. These important issues are all falling by the wayside. Watch my video on the first week of public hearings:

AZ-08 Town Hall

I had a great time meeting with constituents and taking questions at our town hall with AMAC, the Association of Mature American Citizens. Thank you to all who came out!

Casework Highlight

On my last Telephone Town Hall, a constituent expressed an issue regarding their prescription drug coverage because there is one medication they use which can add thousands to their out of pocket prescription drug expenses each year. My office reached out to Medicare and worked with one of their open enrollment specialists to find four plans which would offer significant cost savings for the constituent.

May God continue to bless you and our great nation.

Sincerely,

Congresswoman Debbie Lesko
