Háu Koná,
Last month I stopped by Red Cloud's Renewable Energy Center in Pine Ridge, S.D. to visit with their founder Henry Red Cloud about the historic flooding they incurred as a result of the "bomb cyclone" that hit Pine Ridge earlier this year. We talked about how he will rebuild with the $10,000 Rapid Response Grant the Indigenous Environmental Network awarded him so he can continue with his important work.

Henry's use of solar energy to restore economic sovereignty to our tribal communities is inspiring.
