LGBTQ young people need our protection. Please help >>
Hey
Friend of Trevor,
I know how inboxes fill up so I’m bumping up Carrie’s message from last week. The Trevor Project is leading the largest nation-wide campaign to protect LGBTQ young people from conversion therapy. These dangerous and discredited practices aim to change one’s sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. Those who’ve endured them face trauma and are at increased risk of attempting suicide.
Together, we can end the cruelty — and create a kinder, more welcoming world. Make a gift to Trevor today and help protect LGBTQ young people. Here’s the link to donate: thetrevorproject.org/donate ([link removed]) .
Glad to have you as a partner in this work!

** Hi
Friend of Trevor,
------------------------------------------------------------
The Trevor Project’s 24/7, free, confidential crisis intervention and suicide prevention services will always be the heart and soul of our mission. But we’re advocates, too — working at the local, state, and federal levels to create a more loving, welcoming world for LGBTQ youth.
Join this fight with your first gift to Trevor today. ([link removed])
One initiative that your generosity will support is our national campaign to protect LGBTQ young people from conversion therapy.

Conversion therapy, sometimes referred to as “reparative therapy,” or “sexual orientation/gender identity change efforts,” includes a range of dangerous and discredited practices that aim to change one’s sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
Simply put: conversion therapy is cruelty — and can be life-threatening. Our research found that LGBTQ young people forced to endure conversion therapy were more than 2X as likely to report having attempted suicide.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, in the last 12 months, Trevor played a critical role in passing 43 municipal ordinances that protect LGBTQ youth from conversion therapy. Your gift today will keep this momentum going!
I know you believe that LGBTQ young people have the right to be loved and respected for who they are. Translate that belief into action by joining Trevor’s dedicated community of donors with your first gift today. Your generosity is a compassionate investment in Trevor’s work to ban conversion therapy in every state in the U.S. and countries around the world.
Gratefully,
Carrie Davis
