The 2022 Day of Empathy is more than a single day of action. This year, we will debut our inaugural Week Of Impact on Monday, March 28th — over 20 in-person, virtual, and hybrid events across the country led by Empathy Network leaders.
With more events, there are more opportunities than ever to get involved. Will you support our organizers by signing up to be a virtual volunteer? There are multiple ways you can get involved from the comfort and safety of your home during the week of March 28th.
New to volunteer work? Don’t worry — we’re providing training for each role!
You can plug-in by:
*Volunteering to help our organizers run their virtual events. Are you a webinar whiz? Our
organizers need assistance to ensure a seamless online experience for their

*Serving as an outreach volunteer! This role is designed to help our organizers build
power in their communities by identifying groups to contact and invite to their events.

*And lastly, by signing up to join our first-ever Day of Empathy virtual lobby day, where
we’ll meet with senators on April 5th to urge the passage of the EQUAL Act, which will
eliminate the racist federal sentencing disparity between crack and powder cocaine.
