The right-wing attacks on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson have begun.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson said that her nomination to the Supreme Court has
“humiliated and degraded” our nation, turning the U.S. into “Rwanda.”(1)

And Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell called her “the favored choice
of far-left dark money groups.”(2)

The right wing is setting the stage to block Judge Jackson from the
Supreme Court, and we can’t let that happen. Courage California is helping
to push tens of thousands of messages to the Senate to confirm Judge
Jackson, and we’re going to launch a social media and lobbying campaign to
ramp up public pressure.

Tucker Carlson is even calling for her to release her LSAT scores,
something he never asked of Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, or Amy Coney
Barrett.(3)

Worse, some Republicans are hinting at using the same methods they’ve
employed to block nominees to the Federal Reserve and the FCC to block
Judge Jackson as well.(4) If they succeed, they could delay the hearings
until after the midterms, when Democrats may no longer hold the Senate.

Judge Jackson, a former public defender, will hear cases on abortion, the
death penalty, human rights, and more. We need her on the Supreme Court.
Democrats need to use every tool at their disposal to ensure her
confirmation.
