Over the last year, I’ve traveled across our great state, and one thing is clear, the economy has hit Wisconsin families hard. People are struggling, and they need an advocate. That’s why I’m running for Wisconsin State Treasurer, to promote fiscal relief and economic security for all our communities.

We need a strong ticket to make sure Republicans don’t win Wisconsin this year. I need to raise $1,000 this week to meet my first grassroots fundraising goal. Will you join me with a $10 donation right now?

So, what exactly does the Treasurer do to help Wisconsinites? In Wisconsin, our state treasurer serves as the fiscal watchdog, protecting state investments and pensions. They act to support the economic security of Wisconsinites through education, grants and legislation. They are a powerful advocate for taxpayers.

I decided to run for public office because that is where I can do the most good. I understand what it’s like to struggle financially, and as your state treasurer, I will do everything in my power to alleviate that struggle for Wisconsin families.
