Calling all young people! I am excited to invite you to We Rise 2022, this year in-person. A free day of political education, live performance and movement building for young people. (If you're over 30 you can still help by passing on this email).

Join us with Jeremy Corbyn MP for Islington North, Maurine Murenga Kenyan health justice campaigner, Harpreet Kaur Paul Tipping Point, Melany Cruz Chilean feminist, Dorothy Grace Guerrero Global Justice Now, Bellatrix Two-time world champion beatboxer, and more to be announced!  

We are living in an age of increasing violence, with the escalation of international warfare, rising global catastrophic climate events, harsher austerity and hostile border regimes in the UK. But this won’t stop us from coming together. Now is the time to get organised against the neo-colonial and capitalist systems that exploit and oppress the global majority.  

Join us for sessions including Decolonise Vaccines: Health justice for the global south • Climate Justice and System Change: Trade, corporate power and reparations • Chile’s Revolt against neoliberalism and patriarchy • Plus more creative workshops, including beatboxing, and performances to be announced.  

Global Justice Now’s youth network is a group of activists under 30 organising as a part of a global movement  against corporate power, inequality, vaccine apartheid, the climate crisis and more. If you would like to get involved, join us for We Rise!  

Travel subsidies are available for those from outside London. Let me know if you need one.
