Big news from Washington last week: President Biden has signed the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act into law!
This law will protect workplace victims of sexual assault from forced arbitration agreements that too frequently eliminate victims’ ability to sue their assailants. By changing the power dynamics that have put employees in unsafe environments for far too long, this law will be an important step towards creating more equitable workplaces.
Democrats in Congress have been working hard to get this bill to the President’s desk. Fair Shot is proud to support these members as they run for re-election this year.
