Evidence based, tailored supports developed with your needs in mind
Hello John,
I hope you're having a fantastic week.
I'm getting in touch to let you know about the new NYCI Wellbeing Hub ([link removed]) for youth workers, volunteers and those working with young people, which we launched today.
Check out the new Wellbeing Hub >> ([link removed])

We’ve developed evidence based, tailored supports for those who work with young people and brought these together for you to access in one place, as and when you need them, free of charge.
You can access the hub content ([link removed]) we've developed in partnership with experts in wellbeing, mindfulness and meditation to help you:
* support your own health and wellbeing
* revitalise and maintain your high performing work ethic through these turbulent times
* reignite your passion, spirit, and creativity for your work
* ... and much more!
We're adding to and developing the Wellbeing Hub ([link removed]) all the time, so if you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you!
