The United States Supreme Court just ruled federal courts do not have the authority to intervene, meaning the ability to draw new maps rests completely with the Ohio redistricting commission and the Ohio Supreme Court.
It is time for Republicans to stop drawing unconstitutional maps and come to the table. Ohioans voted for fair maps twice - both times by over 70%.
Republican leaders are trying to stall elections because they know that the longer they wait, the harder it is for our candidates to organize, recruit volunteers and raise money - because nobody knows what district they're running in.
